ORDER PROCESSING

Clothing: As a general rule, for any order that only includes clothes, it takes us 1 to 3 working days to process your order, this involves the time from receipt of your order until it is shipped. Sometimes this time may vary due to an out of stock product or depending on your order if it is accompanied by customizations.

Sneakers: Order processing times for sneakers vary depending on how quickly the shipper / supplier sends the item to us for authentication at our QC center.

After your item has successfully passed the authentication process, you will receive tracking information for your purchase, this process usually takes 3-12 business days (excluding weekends or holidays),

The process may extend for a few days if there are any issues with the item that require further inspection by our quality control team.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We deliver worldwide and as soon as possible, we offer an International Delivery service to allow you to receive your orders very quickly and safely anywhere in the world. For each order a tracking number will be sent to you to follow exactly the progress of your order.

DELIVERY TIME

Once your order has been placed, it takes us 2 to 3 days to process your order, then comes the shipping time, which is 7 to 12 days.

Regarding the Dom-Tom and our many customers in French Polynesia and Reunion, it takes approximately 21 days minimum to receive your order. However, due to the current Covid-19 health crisis, we can no longer serve the French overseas departments and territories for the moment.

We are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to your package during its journey.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Once your order has been placed, we need 2 to 3 working days to prepare your order, then comes the shipping time, which is between 5 and 7 days maximum.

As soon as your package is taken over by the express delivery company, you can track your package at any time from the 17 track mobile application with the tracking number that we will communicate to you.

Once the package has arrived at its destination, the delivery company will contact you using the telephone number you gave us when ordering. The delivery company has the option of delivering to you personally for free or you will have to go to the post office closest to your home with your tracking number to collect your package.

We are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to your package during its journey.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

Cancellation Fee - 15% of total payment (including postage) will be charged for all cancellations.
